Zscaler Marketing Website
Web Design for B2B Enterprise
Zscaler’s marketing website serves as the company’s primary platform for educating enterprise clients and driving interest in its cloud security solutions. The goal was to design key web pages that clearly communicated product value and encouraged prospective clients to request demos or meet with sales.
Problem
Enterprise buyers struggled to quickly understand Zscaler’s offerings, making it difficult to engage or request a demo. Marketing needed a scalable solution for creating clear, conversion-ready web pages.
My Role
I partnered cross-functionally across 5 teams to design and launch 20+ new pages for Zscaler’s marketing website:
Led the end-to-end design process from conceptualization and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups, redlining, and QA with development
Refined hero template to allow more flexibility with supporting copy and imagery
Translated complex product messaging into structured, user-friendly layouts that improved scannability, comprehension, and engagement
Collaborated with developers, legal, and marketing to ensure feasibility and compliance, proactively resolving blockers through early stakeholder alignment and design adjustments

Zscaler Blog Refresh
UX and Visual Design for a Developer-Focused Audience
I led the design refresh of Zscaler’s blog on the marketing website, aimed at modernizing the experience for enterprise IT and cloud security leaders. The blog serves as a critical platform for sharing news, insights, and thought leadership, so it was important to create a layout that was not only visually aligned with Zscaler’s brand but also intuitive for busy professionals
to navigate.
Problem
The blog experience lacked clarity, structure, and relevance for technical readers—hindering content discovery and reducing engagement across articles.
My Role
I worked with the digital marketing and web development teams to design a refreshed
blog experience.
Redesigned the blog landing page, article layouts, related articles, and author profiles for clarity and scannability
Proposed a new content hierarchy and improved navigation to enhance discoverability and user flow
Designed and redlined high-fidelity mockups, including tagging systems, CTA placements, and content modules optimized for both desktop and mobile

Leading at Z Microsite
UX Strategy and Design for Internal Leadership Enablement
“Leading at Z” is an internal-facing microsite that supports leadership development for Zscaler’s global managers. The goal was to create a centralized digital space where leaders could easily access curated learning resources, including Zscaler’s Coursera partnership content. I owned the full UX and visual design process—from early strategy and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups, visual storytelling, and developer-ready redlines.
Problem
Managers across the organization lacked a cohesive, user-friendly way to discover and access leadership resources—limiting visibility and impact of the development program.
My Role
With no prior roadmap, structure, or existing assets, I collaborated closely with the People & Culture team and the Director of Web Development to create a thoughtful, brand-aligned experience from the ground up:Defining the information architecture, navigation, user flow, and content hierarchy
Defined the site’s information architecture and prioritize features based on user and business needs
Designed a distinct but cohesive visual system for internal audiences
Created streamlined navigation and intuitive pathways for discovering and exploring leadership content
